We all have a time limit. While it’s hard to think about – and most of us don’t (or ignore it) – this is the reality. Don’t put off what shouldn’t wait.
My mission with this project is that everyone will take some time to fill out this End of Life Journal to save your loved ones additional stress in an already stress-filled time. My hope is that with the easy to fill in templates, it will help to start you off on what may seem an overwhelming project.

Life gets in the way… As I sit here 4 years after starting on this project, circumstances have again proven that this statement is remarkably true – for everyone! My grandchildren, the health of myself and my husband, and my business(es) – (not necessarily in the same order all the time!) were where my focus went.
In early 2020 I started working on this again. I was pulled with a force I couldn’t explain – I NEEDED to get this done. I got it to the prototype stage on Feb. 22. 4 days later, we got the news we really didn’t want to receive and my husband was put under the Palliative Care system (at home with Home Care Assistance). 12 days later, one of my best friends (and my children’s godfather) was diagnosed with lung cancer. 3 days after that, my son-in-law was killed in a motor vehicle accident.
Trust me. You never know when your time is up…
This journal is perhaps the most important thing you can (or should) do before you leave this world.

Your family will be able to access your funeral wishes; your passwords; your insurance information; your will – and so much more. This will save your loved ones not only invaluable time and perhaps money – it will also stop unnecessary wondering and worrying! There is usually a lot of confusion at this time.
My aim is to make dealing with your passing a little less painful for your loved ones.
YOUR FINAL ACT OF LOVE.

It is a printable journal – you fill out your wishes for your funeral, information on banking, passwords, a place to keep your medical information – and so much more.

Well, that’s just very weird! It is supposed to be (and has always been) an automatic process. Let me check with my supplier and see why you are not able to access it. Thank you!!

Hi Donna. Upon checking with them, they say that it shows that you downloaded twice (at 10:46:11, and 10:46:41). When you tried to download the third time (at 10:50:14), it stopped the access as there are only 2 attempts allowed. Please let me know if in fact you still need access, and I can re-set it to allow it for you. Thanks for your patience!
